The Grand Salon du Nolinski is a chic and elegant bar serving refined cocktails: Spritz, Gin Tonic, Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, mocktails, Virgin Fizz and Cosmo as well as house infusions, all served in a low-lit atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Under the shimmering reflections of a silver-leaf ceiling, the Nolinski invites frequent visitors and the hotel’s guests to come together. A pianist plays from 7.00 pm Thursday to Saturday.
Nolinski Paris celebrates New Year’s Eve with a special menu in a festive atmosphere, featuring a glass of champagne and live music from 8 PM to 1 AM.
